About Us
Tamarind is a blood elf and a holy priest. According to some of the folks he has PUGed with, this means he stands at the back in a sissy robe and does nothing.
In real life, he is none of these things, and certainly not holy.
Chastity is a copper-bottomed wench whose interests are forging her own armour, forgetting to re-apply Blessing of Sanctuary and stealing the power of the light from a captured Naaru who turned out to have been in on it all along.
In real life she is, amongst other things, a guy.
Tam and Chas began blogging independently at InMySissyRobe and IDeathtard respectively but soon came to realise they were talking about the same things in the same way. So they joined forces in order to rule the universe together as healer and tank.
You can find them on Emerald Dream, EU. Argent Dawn, EU (YAY!!)

Commenting
We do our best to reply to comments as we get them (and we love getting them!), but sometimes we fail. This means we suck, not that you suck – and we will do our best to chase them down.
The Blogroll
This is a politics-free zone. It consists of blogs we like, no more, no less, and it gets updated when one of us remembers (i.e. never). If you’re not on there, and you want to be, chances are we’ve just been disorganised, and you can always prod us about it.

Just stumbled across your blog a few days ago. Your writing style is tremendously witty and makes for very entertaining reading; I enjoy it immensely. Keep up the good work!

Thank you kindly for the compliments … I'm so glad to have amused and entertained you with my frivolous observations. I'm pretty late to the WoW Party, myself, so I look forward to reading about your adventures in your blog.
You can thank Spinks for linking you. I agree on the wittiness of your writing style. I’d say you’re my favorite blogger right now, and trust me, I’ve got a lot on my list.
So many bloggers are talking about end-game raiding, listing boss strategies and blah blah blah about what gear is best and whatever such and such change means for the future of the game. I much prefer the emotional rants that really show the people behind the game. Especially when you keep making amusing comparisons between the game and real life. It’s awesome =)

I was extremely touched and gratified when Spinks linked to me – she, is, of course, comprised entirely of awesome. Thank you so much for your kind words – I'm delighted to discover that others find my amusement in my silliness. As far as whimsical content goes, I'm glad that Perpetually Late To the Party (I started playing WoW at the point most people were getting burnout) has its advantages
There's such a lot of thoughtful, intelligent analysis out there about pretty much every aspect of playing the game that it's nice to feel liberated to talk nonsense
I see your blog pop up here and there, thought I take a read. I enjoy what you have to say. Keep up the good job.

Thank you for the kind words – I'm glad to have entertained. Given how much I enjoy your blog I can say with all sincerity ditto and keep up the good work

Thanks, again, for the compliments. I'm delighted people that enjoy reading this blog, because I love writing it and people leave me amazing, witty, insightful comments and seems like such a cycle of win I'm not sure I deserve it
It'd be great to see you on ED – assuming your fellow is sound and of good parentage, dontchaknow, he'd be jolly welcome
I had never heard the phrase “copper-bottomed” before (thank you Google!). I had a very different mental image than the one presumably intended.
Well, it kind of encompasses both meanings because back when she was a very young bloodelf and burgeoning blacksmith Chastity received much mockery for her home-made copper underwear.

Note to self: If you work at a call center, don’t read this blog during a call with a customer.
“In real life she is, amongst other things, a guy.” almost got me fired lol. <3

Really enjoying the blog and your introspective writing style. You can make things sound witty without overtly trying to sound as if you’re making a joke. If you published books I would totally read them.

Just stumbled into your blog from toomanyannas.com – <3 it! And I play Alliance on EU Argent Dawn, I'll keep my eyes open for you
Hi,
in my last ’shared topic’ (world cup Azeroth) I let Gerald the articulate Kobold have a small cameo as Kobold team coach. If you object to this, just drop me a note, but I hope it is okay.

As a priest of three years, and a burgeoning tank, as well as being someone who has long struggled with the good and bad of WoW, I just have to say that reading your blog is a pleasure. So often I find myself waving a clench fist and gritting a barely audible “YES YES THAT IS EXACTLY IT” when reading both of your posts. Never before have I seen a blog that so seamlessly blends wit and actual content that can make me laugh like yours.
Bravo!
Looking forward to I Gerald VI (and more). Particularly since my husband and I are levelling 2 shammies atm and he says hopefully from the other side of the room “we zerg?”. (He’s the one writing Steamy and Hot on my blog).
The more I see Chas comment on privilege/gender related posts in the wow-sphere, the more I want to send tasty food and awesome gifts. Chas has often said thins that I have felt too tired, or too overwhelmed to say – or things that I was just unable to articulate. Thank you Chas.
Aww, thanks /blush.
Ironically, I suspect it’s another side-effect of my male privilege that I tend to get less exhausted by these kinds of discussions.
Really loving your blog by the way (not that I have a shaman above 58).
